Ecological Genomics and Informatics at Molloy University

I am interested in the roles of microbial communities in ocean biogeochemical cycling and connecting them more broadly to global carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur cycling. I also work on developing and applying genomic tools to assess ocean biodiversity.
